Our Profits Increased By 504%
“When we started with The Business Commandos we thought our business was in good shape. We thought that we would have a couple of sessions with Aaron and that would be the end of it.
We had a business plan that we thought was good and we were paying all our bills on time (with a little help from Dad every now and again) but things weren’t bad.
After a couple of sessions with Aaron we knew what we wanted out of life and then it was time to look at how to make that happen. That was when I nearly died! We had to look at our business in a way I never had.
Aaron gave us some tools to help show very simply how we were doing with regards to profit. I cried that night. I thought I had been doing such a good job and there in front of me was the proof that I hadn’t. It wasn’t that I wasn’t trying or didn’t care I just didn’t know how to look at the figures properly.
Since that day we have improved our profit figures by 504%. We are going on our first holiday in over seven years at Easter because we have put systems in place so that things will still happen even if we’re not there.
